Description

Comforting and flavorful slow cooker potatoes using Lipton Onion Soup Mix, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold or baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter (Can substitute with olive oil)
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth (Use vegetable broth for vegetarian)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and cut the potatoes, placing them in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, salt, and pepper on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the broth over the mixture, ensuring the potatoes are mostly submerged.
  4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and set it to low, cooking for 360-480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Notes

For even creamier potatoes, mash them lightly before serving. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
