Description

A warm and comforting sausage and egg casserole, perfect for chilly mornings or brunch gatherings, loaded with protein and rich in cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the cooked sausage in a greased casserole dish. Add optional bread cubes or vegetables.
