Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pie crust to form an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cookie is set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
