Description

A crispy and flavorful snack made from sourdough discard, infused with rosemary and sea salt, perfect for pairing with dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, dried rosemary, sea salt, and garlic powder if using.
  3. If the dough is too dry, add a little water until it comes together.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle additional sea salt on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the baking sheet is lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Experiment with shapes and herbs for different flavors.
