Description

A quick and satisfying meal featuring a colorful blend of fresh vegetables and hearty chicken sausage, roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1 lb chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chopped vegetables and sliced chicken sausage in a large bowl.
