Ingredients
- 2-3 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
