Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into thick slices to form steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the steaks and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
