Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into thick steaks (about 3/4 inch).
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
