- 454 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed

- 15 ml grated Parmesan cheese, or 28 g shaved
- 15 ml fresh thyme leaves
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and coat them with a drizzle of vegetable oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
- Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they become soft and have a golden-brown hue on the edges. The cooking time may vary based on the size of the sprouts.
- Optionally, mix the roasted Brussels sprouts with fresh lemon juice, zest, grated Parmesan cheese, and thyme leaves.
