Ingredients
- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Measure out the Chex cereal and set aside.
- Combine the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal and gently fold until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Chop the freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle them over the cereal mixture.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large zipper bag, add the powdered sugar, and shake until well coated.
- Spread the puppy chow on parchment paper to cool before serving.
