  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (1 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (1 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (0.5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (120 ml)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the egg and pumpkin puree to the beef mixture.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
