Description

Indulge in the creamy and irresistible sweetness of homemade pumpkin fudge with this easy recipe. Discover how to make this fall favorite treat now!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (960 ml) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp (37.5 ml) 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) cloves

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil, then put it aside.
  2. Ensure the sweetened condensed milk is well mixed. Once the can is opened, stir it thoroughly as some brands may separate during storage, which could affect the outcome of your recipe.
  3. Combine the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk (not the entire 14-ounce can) and heat them together on a low flame until they are smoothly blended, making sure to stir frequently. Alternatively, you can use a microwave: heat for 1 minute at 50% power, stir thoroughly, then continue heating in 30-second bursts, stirring well each time, until the mixture is just blended. Expect a very thick consistency.
  4. Incorporate the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into the mixture by stirring them in.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan lined with aluminum foil.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for no less than four hours to allow it to firm up. Slice into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

  • Ensure high-quality white chocolate chips for optimal flavor in your pumpkin fudge.
  • Be cautious not to overheat the mixture of white chocolate and condensed milk to prevent burning or seizing.
  • Customize the taste of your pumpkin fudge by adjusting the spices to your liking.
