Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (150g)
- ⅓ cup Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
- 4 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (11g, Sugar-free)
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (10ml)
- 3-4 crushed Vanilla Wafers (14g, Sugar Free recommended)
- ½ medium Banana (sliced, 60g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding mix, and unsweetened almond milk until smooth.
- Add almond milk a little at a time until the pudding consistency is reached.
- In a serving jar, assemble layers: place pudding on the bottom, followed by crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices. Repeat this layering twice to create a visually appealing treat.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for enhanced sweetness. Consider adding vanilla extract or nuts for extra flavor.
