Description

An indulgent and refreshing summer snack that transforms fresh grapes with Prosecco into frosty bites of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fresh grapes (green, red, or a mix)
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes and remove any stems.
  2. Place the grapes in a bowl and pour Prosecco over them until they are fully submerged.
  3. Let the grapes soak in the Prosecco for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  4. Drain the excess Prosecco and spread the grapes out on a baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the grapes for at least 3 hours until fully frozen.
  6. Serve the frozen Prosecco grapes as a refreshing snack by the pool.

Notes

For a unique twist, try using flavored Prosecco or infusing the grapes with fresh herbs like mint during soaking.
