  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Consider experimenting with different nut butters or sweeteners for variations. Adding chia seeds or shredded coconut can enhance nutrition and texture.
