Description

A delightful twist on traditional pizza that combines creamy cottage cheese with mozzarella and your favorite pizza toppings, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spoon half of the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle half of your desired pizza toppings over this mixture.
  6. Pour another layer of pasta sauce on top, followed by the remaining cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Add the remaining toppings and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Personalize with various toppings and consider adding Parmesan for extra flavor.
