Description

A simple yet flavorful side dish featuring tender potatoes tossed in Lipton Onion Soup Mix, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes (or russet potatoes, cut into chunks)
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into uniform chunks.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with 3 tablespoons of olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Add the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a thicker crust, increase the amount of olive oil or butter. You can also add shredded cheese during the last few minutes of baking for a cheesy twist.
