A simple yet flavorful side dish featuring tender potatoes tossed in Lipton Onion Soup Mix, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes (or russet potatoes, cut into chunks)
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into uniform chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with 3 tablespoons of olive oil or melted butter.
- Add the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) and toss until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thicker crust, increase the amount of olive oil or butter. You can also add shredded cheese during the last few minutes of baking for a cheesy twist.
