- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss the cleaned and cut potatoes in the mixture until well-coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
