Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes (or russet potatoes, cut into chunks)
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Toss the cleaned and cut potatoes in the mixture until well-coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
