Delicious no-bake brownie batter protein balls that are healthy, rich in chocolate flavor, and perfect for satisfying cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups almond flour (or oat flour)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup almond butter (or cashew butter)
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey or agave)

  • ¼ teaspoon instant coffee

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, instant coffee, and almond milk until a play dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Add chocolate chunks and mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form 16-20 balls, each about 1.5″-2″.
  5. Place them on the prepared tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different nut butters and sweetness levels. For added flavor, consider sprinkling sea salt on top or incorporating dried fruits.
