  • Cooking spray
  • pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes (cut into ½-inch cubes)
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag frozen cut green beans
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¾ teaspoon dried parsley
  • A pinch of dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the chicken tenderloins in the center of the dish in a single layer.
  4. Distribute the cubed Yukon gold potatoes on one side of the chicken.
  5. Spread the frozen green beans on the opposite side of the chicken.
  6. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
