Ingredients
- 3 extremely ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal after baking.
- Combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter in a large bowl, stirring to blend.
- Mix in the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla, ensuring everything integrates smoothly.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Melt Nutella in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Drizzle half of the melted Nutella over the batter, using a knife to gently swirl it into ribbons.
- Pour the remaining batter into the pan and repeat the Nutella drizzling and swirling process.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool for 15 minutes before removing it from the loaf pan.
