Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1/4 cup chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, and honey until well combined.
- Stir in the protein powder, chocolate chips or dried fruit, and chia seeds.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
