Description

A delicious twist on the classic apple pie that combines cheesecake and apple pie flavors in a no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  5. Top with apple pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped cream.

Notes

For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
