A delicious twist on the classic apple pie that combines cheesecake and apple pie flavors in a no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
- Top with apple pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped cream.
Notes
For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
