Description

A nostalgic and simple treat made with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pecans, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 package softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and spoon the mixture onto the center.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log and twist the ends of the plastic wrap tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Unwrap and slice into bite-sized pieces before serving.
  7. Optionally, drizzle caramel or melted chocolate over the log for added flavor.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to enhance flavors. Adjust the mixture consistency with more powdered sugar or a touch of milk if necessary.
