Delicious and nutritious protein balls made with rolled oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips, perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup M&M’s (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and M&M’s if using.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes
For variety, consider adding chopped dried fruit, using different nut butters, or adjusting sweetness with more honey.
