Description

Delicious and nutritious protein balls made with rolled oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&M’s (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M’s if using.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
