Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 140 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cooked beef bacon, chopped (about 60 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing (about 120 milliliters)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese (about 100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (about 25 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced black olives (about 35 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (about 1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder (about 1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried oregano (about 1 gram)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a clean work surface.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped beef bacon, and ranch dressing.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to the bowl.
  5. Mix in the chopped green onions, sliced black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
  6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two flatbreads.
  8. Spread the mixture over the flatbreads, leaving a small border around the edges.
