- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese (about 100 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (about 50 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (about 25 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced black olives (about 35 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (about 1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder (about 1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried oregano (about 1 gram)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a clean work surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped beef bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to the bowl.
- Mix in the chopped green onions, sliced black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two flatbreads.
- Spread the mixture over the flatbreads, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each flatbread tightly, starting from one end to the other.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks to prevent unrolling.
