Ingredients

- 8 ounces (227 g) beef strips, cooked and crumbled (225 grams)
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (115 grams)
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese (115 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ketchup (15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) mustard (15 milliliters)
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 ounces (227 g) or 225 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds (9 grams)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in cooked and crumbled bacon, then remove pan from heat.
- In a bowl, combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Add ketchup and mustard to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture on the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture over the beef on each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to enclose filling.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each roll with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
