Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Mix together the mashed bananas and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the baking soda and salt, then mix in the flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
