Description

Delicious homemade meatballs made with ground beef and pork, served with marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients blend evenly.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

Let the meat mixture rest for a few minutes before forming the meatballs for better flavor blending. Use a cookie scoop for even sizes.
