Delicious homemade meatballs made with ground beef and pork, served with marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients blend evenly.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
Let the meat mixture rest for a few minutes before forming the meatballs for better flavor blending. Use a cookie scoop for even sizes.
