Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices of beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the small chicken pieces. Put them aside.
- Cook the Bacon:
