Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 slices of beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the small chicken pieces. Put them aside.
  3. Cook the Bacon:
  4. Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat until it’s crispy. Break it into tiny bits once it’s cooked and set it aside.
