Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh carrots, cut to less than half an inch thick
- 1 pound thinly sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each carrot snugly with bacon starting from the thick end.
- Arrange the wrapped carrots on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the pan and glaze each carrot with maple syrup.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the syrup caramelizes.
