- 3 cups tortilla chips, crushed (180 g)
- 2 cups (480 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained (56 g)

- Assemble all necessary items.
- Set the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with a nonstick spray.
- Place a large pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, cooking and stirring until it becomes browned and crumbly, which should take about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Mix in the salsa, then lower the heat and let it simmer until most of the liquid evaporates, around 20 minutes. Add the kidney beans and cook until everything is warm.
- Distribute the crushed tortilla chips at the base of the prepared baking dish, then layer the beef mixture on top. Spread the plain yogurt over the beef, and scatter the olives over that.
- Top everything with the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake until it’s heated and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
- Plate it and savor the flavors!
