Ingredients
- 1 ounce (28 g) dry ranch dressing mix, 1 packet, divided
- 2 Tablespoon (30 ml) s grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounce (391 g) s refrigerated pizza dough, 1 package
- 4 ounce (113 g) s cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 ounce (113 g) s moz zarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 10 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 Tablespoon (30 ml) s butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
Instructions
- Take out 1 teaspoon of the ranch dressing mix and blend it with the Parmesan cheese. Keep this mixture aside.
- Set your oven to the temperature mentioned on the pizza dough package, typically between 400-425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread the pizza dough onto a surface dusted lightly with flour. Flatten or roll the dough to approximately 12 x 8 inches, then use a pizza cutter to divide it into 24 squares.
- On each dough square, place pieces of cheese, bits of crumbled bacon, and a portion of shredded chicken.
- After topping all the dough squares, gently bring the four corners of each square together and seal them by pinching, making sure to close all seams.
- Arrange each of these closed rolls, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Coat the tops with melted butter and sprinkle the reserved Parmesan-ranch mixture on them.
- Put the dish in the oven and bake for roughly 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Keep a close watch as some doughs bake faster than others. Remove them when they have a light golden color on top.
- As the pizza rolls are baking, mix the remaining ranch dressing mix with mayonnaise and milk, then place this dressing in the refrigerator to cool.
- Enjoy the warm pizza rolls with the chilled ranch dressing as a dip.
Notes
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy for optimal texture when crumbled over dough squaresnCut cheddar and mozzarella into uniform cubes for even melting on dough squaresnFirmly seal dough squares to prevent filling leakage during baking
