  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ranch dressing (about 60 milliliters)
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) green onions, finely chopped (about 25 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (about 5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (about 5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (about 1.5 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cream cheese, softened (about 225 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs for coating (about 100 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped jalapeños, crumbled beef bacon, and chopped green onions.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
  6. Mix in the softened cream cheese until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
