  • 1 cup (240 ml) pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (240 ml) apple juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional : cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the lean ground meat in a pan on medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the apple juice.
  4. Lower the flame to medium.
