Description

A delicious combination of tortilla chips, seasoned beef, and vibrant diced veggies topped with gooey cheese and creamy avocado.


Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Seasoned beef
  • Diced veggies (tomatoes, onions, bell peppers)
  • Avocado
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Lime sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with seasoned beef and diced veggies.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with slices of avocado.
  7. Drizzle with lime sour cream before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, mix different types of cheese and use homemade seasoned beef.
