Ingredients

  • 2 cup (480 ml) s cooked chicken, shredded (about 300 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cooked turkey bacon, chopped (about 150 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s shredded mozzarella cheese (about 170 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (about 115 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cream cheese, softened (about 115 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing (about 120 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (about 5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (about 5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (about 2 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika (about 2 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (about 25 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley (about 15 grams)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (about 8 ounce (227 g) s or 225 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to the bowl.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped green onions and parsley.
  8. Open the crescent roll dough package and separate the triangles.
  9. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
  10. Carefully roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, encasing the filling.
  11. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
