- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
