  • 2 tablespoon s (30 ml) mustard
  • 8 ounce s (225 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (240 ml) moz zarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (16 ounce s/450 g) pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.
  7. Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  9. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  10. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
