- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (115 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced pickles (35 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup (60 milliliters)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise (60 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard (5 milliliters)
- 16 ounce (454 g) s pizza dough (450 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted (60 grams)
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s sesame seeds (18 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Remove skillet from heat and let beef cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Stir cooked ground beef into the cheese mixture.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut dough into approximately 12 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each dough square.
- Fold dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal.
- Place filled dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and sesame seeds over dough balls.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
