Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) ground beef (450 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (5 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (115 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced pickles (35 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup (60 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise (60 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard (5 milliliters)
  • 16 ounce (454 g) s pizza dough (450 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted (60 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s sesame seeds (18 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet.
  4. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and let beef cool slightly.
  7. In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  8. Stir cooked ground beef into the cheese mixture.
  9. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  10. Cut dough into approximately 12 equal squares.
  11. Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each dough square.
  12. Fold dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal.
  13. Place filled dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  14. Brush tops with melted butter.
  15. Sprinkle chopped parsley and sesame seeds over dough balls.
  16. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  17. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
