Description

A nostalgic light cottage cheese Jello salad featuring delightful strawberry and pineapple flavors, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz flavored gelatin (Jell-O brand strawberry or lime)
  • 16 oz crushed pineapple (very well-drained)
  • 16 oz cottage cheese (Daisy small curd)
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions
