- 16 oz crushed pineapple (very well-drained)
- 16 oz cottage cheese (Daisy small curd)
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the flavored gelatin according to package instructions.
- Allow the gelatin mixture to cool until it thickens slightly.
- Combine the drained crushed pineapple and cottage cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooled gelatin to the pineapple and cottage cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
