Description

Delicious and easy lemon oatmeal no-bake cookies that combine oats, peanut butter, and honey for a refreshing treat.

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
