Description

Delicious and nourishing keto sourdough bread made with almond and coconut flour.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup warm water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
