Delicious and nourishing keto sourdough bread made with almond and coconut flour.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy your keto sourdough bread!

For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature and be careful not to over-mix the dough.
