Description

A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups combine ground beef or turkey with melted Monterey Jack cheese, sautéed vegetables, and crisp lettuce for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  2. Add ground meat to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  5. Place a portion of the mixture onto a lettuce leaf and wrap it up.
