A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups combine ground beef or turkey with melted Monterey Jack cheese, sautéed vegetables, and crisp lettuce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Add ground meat to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Place a portion of the mixture onto a lettuce leaf and wrap it up.
- Serve the roll-ups warm and enjoy!
