Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, an egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
