Description

Delicious cheeseburger sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, seasoned beef, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for gatherings and game day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup, to taste
  • Mustard, to taste
  • Pickles, to taste
  • Onion, optional
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked beef over the rolls, then add slices of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles to taste.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using onion powder or garlic powder in the ground beef. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
