Delicious cheeseburger sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, seasoned beef, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for gatherings and game day snacks.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- Ketchup, to taste
- Mustard, to taste
- Pickles, to taste
- Onion, optional
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked beef over the rolls, then add slices of cheddar cheese on top.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles to taste.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using onion powder or garlic powder in the ground beef. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
