Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, almond flour, and salt until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Add a splash of beef broth if the mixture feels dry. Consider seasoning with garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce for added flavor.
