Description

Quick and effortless fluffy baked potatoes made in the Instant Pot, bringing comforting nostalgia to your dining table.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or toppings of your choice


Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a steam rack inside.
  3. Place the potatoes on the steam rack.
  4. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 12-15 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.
  6. Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
  7. Carefully remove the potatoes, season with salt, and add butter or your favorite toppings. Serve warm.
