- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey (170 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hot sauce (15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar (15 milliliters)
- 4 ounces (113 g) crumbled cheese (115 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey, sriracha sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is seared, pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
