Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (907 g)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60 g)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (3 g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (12 g)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (57 g)
- 1/4 cup honey (85 g)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (2 g)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.
- Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
