Description

A simple blend of vegetable powders, herbs, and spices that creates a rich flavor base for soups, stews, and sauces.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup carrot powder
  • ½ cup celery powder
  • ½ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup leek powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil or oregano
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine all dried vegetable powders in a large mixing bowl, ensuring they mix well.
  2. Add the herbs, spices, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend the mixture in a spice grinder or blender until you achieve a fine powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar for storage.

Notes
